Kelly Dowe is Chief Financial Officer of Work America Capital and is recognized by his peers as a successful leader and top-performer in even the most challenging of situations. Most recently, he was CFO for the City of Houston where he managed the $5.3B budget and several departments while serving as a direct report to multiple Mayors.

Kelly has financial management experience in multiple sectors dating back to his time as a Senior Consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he led projects across the globe for Fortune 50 clients. He has a BBA from Baylor University, an MBA from The University of Texas at San Antonio, and 30 hours of upper-level accounting credits.
